I recently placed an order; how can I make changes?
Our goal is to have orders in the carrier's hands within one business day; in order to accomplish this, we need to process the order for fulfillment lightning fast. If you desire to change your order after placing it, please contact us as soon as possible via chat or email. Changes cannot be guaranteed.
Do you price match?
This is a question we get asked often. We price our products competitively, but if you find the same product advertised somewhere for less, contact us with a copy of the ad (or tell us where we can find it). We will do our best to earn your business.
What payment methods do you accept?
We have listed all of the payment types we accept on homepage of our website, and they are also repeated at checkout. If you would like to break up the cost of your purchase by paying in installments, we are partnered with Afterpay and Shop Pay (powered by Affirm), where you can choose from bi-weekly or monthly installments.
How much is shipping to my state?
We don't list shipping costs, because we don't charge for regular shipping on ANY product delivered within the US. That includes the large outdoor houses and enclosures. (Yeah, that is pretty awesome!)
I am looking for "xx" but cannot find it anywhere, is that something you will carry soon?
If a pet product exists, in all likelihood we can source it. If we can, we will make it possible for you to buy it today! If we cannot source it, we will try our best to find out where you can find it.
I am interested in an item that is out of stock, can you tell me when it will be available?
Reach out to our customer support through the online chat or via email. We will let you know when it is expected to be available and, in some cases, you will be able to pre-order the item.
How do I know the product I buy is going to be good quality?
The pet supply industry is flooded with inferior quality pet products, many of which have been proven to be harmful, or contain potentially harmful materials. We are dedicated to selling high-quality, safe pet supplies, many times priced at or below those that are not. We only sell well-known name brands, and all of our apparel and collars are made right here in the USA; you cannot buy higher quality anywhere. If you have any concerns once you receive your order, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
I am buying apparel for my pets; can I just use the weight guidance on the size charts?
Although many times that is fine with other pet apparel, ours is not designed that way. We have apparel sized between XS (0-3lbs) and 6XL (up to 115lbs), fitting the tiniest of pets to very large dogs. The sizes are defined by neck circumference, length of back, and girth (the circumference of their middle body). Using these measurements, you will obtain the perfect fit. The weight is a generalized guide based upon the other measurements, but in no way should dictate the size you should purchase. What if I purchase apparel or collars and they do not fit right?
It happens; no matter how well you have measured, and how accurate our sizing guides are, there are just some breeds (i.e.: French Bulldogs!) that just don't like to color within the lines. No problem: simply reach out to our customer support via chat or email, we will assist you with identifying the right size and getting it to you as quickly as possible and will make arrangements for shipping the original item(s) back to us.
